Kathleen Gesinski graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1980. Since then, her nursing experiences have led her to hospitals, nursing homes and dermatology clinics where she has been a Clinical Research Coordinator at Michigan Center for Skin Care Research since 2007.
Kathleen thrives on the fact that Dermatological research offers her a chance to use a wide variety of her nursing skills while also learning new and updated treatment options for skin diseases. The varied tasks, along with the continuous building of strong patient relationships needed to conduct a trial, is both challenging and rewarding to her. Kathleen loves to interact with people and loves to observe the outcomes of the patient’s conditions throughout the trials. The knowledge gained through conducting trials and researching various skin entities, is insurmountable in her daily life as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
